Character Creation Policy

This policy applies only to AI character creation. A separate policy governs AI chat with already-published characters.

Policy highlights

• Characters that infringe copyright or impersonate real people may not be published.
• Sexual or suggestive content involving minors is prohibited in all cases.
• Visibility and display mode may change based on the character's sexual or violent content grade.

Sensitive content criteria

• Imagery that directly depicts or exposes primary body parts
• Text or imagery describing sexual or near-sexual acts in detail
• Photo-realistic imagery impersonating or recreating a specific real person

1. Common rules for all characters

Common rules cover copyright and right of publicity, personal information, prohibitions on hate/discrimination, illegal activity incitement, spam/advertising, protection of minors, incest and other socially taboo topics, and photo-realistic impersonation. 2. Safety characters

All public characters created with the safety filter enabled are limited to Grade 2 expression at most. Exposure, violence, or profanity beyond this range may result in the character being switched to private or unlisted. (Detailed clauses will be published after legal review.)

3. Sensitive characters

Characters marked as sensitive operate with the safety filter disabled and are available only to adult users. Grades 3–4 may be subject to additional restrictions per operations policy. (Detailed clauses will be published after legal review.)
